Payment Timing

Monthly plans are charged at the time of application and automatically billed thereafter according to the renewal date. Timing of Service Provision

The Service becomes available through the method we specify once payment is complete. Note that it may take some time for access to begin due to system processing.

Quantity Limits and Special Sales Conditions

Any limits on quantity, application conditions, usage conditions, or campaign eligibility conditions are shown on the respective application page.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the Service as a digital service, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations after purchase, except where required by law or where we separately agree to do so. To cancel a recurring subscription plan, please complete the cancellation process through the specified method before the next renewal date. The usage period available after cancellation and other conditions are as described in the Terms of Service or on the application page.

Cancelling Partway Through a Term

Recurring subscription plans can be cancelled through the specified method. However, except where required by law or where we separately determine otherwise, we do not provide prorated refunds for fees already paid.

Recurring Billing

The Service may include subscription plans that renew for two or more consecutive terms. Details on the applicable plans, renewal cycle, fees, and cancellation conditions are shown on the respective application page.

Clippyy currently supports Apex Legends only. Supported titles may change in the future.
